TALLEST Man in the WORLD!

You wonder soo many things when you see the tallest man on earth. How many doorways does he have to duck under (most obviously)? What kinda car does he drive and can fit into, (not my mini cooper that's for sure) and is he going to be okay (health b/c it's not very healthy to be this TALL)?
